Companies should undergo a change process to be able to influence a wider range of population and to prepare future plans. Such changes can be easily seen in the company’s structure, behaviour or technological improvements. Companies in need of keeping pace with continuously changing technology should undergo a corporate change process to do so. Such process should be carried by the company itself in order to get rid of wrong behaviours within the establishment and to change the cockeyed structure.
